rebranding – web design

The Association of Pharmaceutical Research and Development Laboratories (AFIDRO), comprising 27 laboratories in Colombia dedicated to public health, is embarking on a comprehensive rebranding effort after 60 years. This initiative includes the creation of a new logo, website, and brand guidelines to modernize AFIDRO’s identity while reflecting its commitment to innovation and public health. The new logo will encapsulate AFIDRO’s mission, while the website will offer a user-friendly platform for stakeholders. Brand guidelines will ensure consistency in communication.

In the logo redesign for AFIDRO, our aim is to encapsulate innovation, collaboration, and public health through a modern and versatile design. This involves incorporating elements like a custom-designed font with subtle dents, symbolizing scientific progress and forward thinking. The new logo will be adaptable across various platforms and sizes. In terms of graphic design, we’ll integrate cohesive branding elements such as typography, color schemes, and imagery for consistency across all AFIDRO communications. For the web design solution, our focus is on enhancing user experience and accessibility through a clean, intuitive interface. By incorporating interactive features, dynamic content, and multimedia resources, the redesigned website will serve as a central hub for information, research, and collaboration within the pharmaceutical community, reflecting AFIDRO’s commitment to advancing public health in Colombia.

Within the project, I took on a central role in the logo design process, providing art direction for branding elements, directing the creation of icons and illustrations, and contributing to programming tasks. My involvement spanned across various stages of the project, from conceptualization to implementation, where I played a pivotal role in ensuring the cohesive visual identity and functionality of the final deliverables. Through meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving, I collaborated with team members to bring the project’s vision to life, contributing my expertise in both design and technical aspects to achieve the desired outcomes.
